With Personal Non-commercial Educational License, you can use VB Decompiler only for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non-commercial environment. You can't use this license to decompile commercial and/or copyrighted code and/or use recovered code in a business. You only intends to use VB Decompiler at home for private use. You can use the program on one physical computer or virtual pc. Unlock code and license will be assigned to a private person.
With Business Single Developer License, you (individual or single developer from the company) can use VB Decompiler in a home, office or academic environment. You can use the VB Decompiler on exactly one physical computer or virtual pc per license. There are no floating (concurrent) licenses. If more than one person works with the program, you need to purchase additional licenses for each party. The license and unlock code will be assigned to the developer's name provided at the time of purchase.
With Business Enterprise License, your company can use VB Decompiler in a business, academic, or government environment. You are able to activate and employ the program on up to 20 physical computers or Virtual PCs per license. There are no floating licenses. If you require activating software on more than 20 PCs, you need to procure additional licenses for these devices. The license and unlock code will be assigned to the name provided at the time of purchase.
Your license remains active for a duration of 12 months. Following this period, the functionality persists, but you won't be able to access newer versions, upgrades or receive technical support. Additionally, after this timeframe, you cannot transfer your license from one computer to another.
Licenses are non-transferable. A person or a company registered as a license user is assumed to be the owner of the license. Once issued, the license may not be transferred to another user or re-registered to another username. Under the Business Enterprise License, a company can allocate up to 20 activations available within its scope of license among employees at their discretion.
